I am very happy watching your reaction Mike. For me being Indonesian I felt they looked like coming from nowhere they born and grew in remote high hill small village in traditional social culture. It is beyond imagination they felt in love with metal music such as RATM, SOAD, Metalica , Slip Knot, RHCP etc. Pls react their cover songs of Killing in the Name, Enter Sandman (live in Rennes France), Sabotage live in Taiwan and many others. Thanks Mike. You are on to my 2 favorite bands. VOB and The Warning. I was fortunate to be able to fly from Florida to New York a month or so ago to see VOB. They were absolutely insane live. Glad you are hitting up their originals. Their covers are always their own and they make them multi genre just like their originals. So many to choose from but I have to put in a plug for “Killing In The Name” live from Rennes France. There is an entire show there that is time stamped for easy to find songs. Their cover songs are beyond normal. They always add their own spin to make songs their own. Rollercoaster ride of emotions. You say they would have to do Dream Theater cover to impress you cover wise. They performed Never Enough on tv when they were younger.

Thank you for your great reaction. Me too, I think this band has a great potential. As an old German Hardrocklady, I am ashamed, how bad the sound was mixed up at Wacken Open Air. If you want to see a properly mixed life concert, I would concern Les Transmusicales de Rennes In France. It sounds so much better than the Wacken Concert!

@@MikeReichert I prefer the Warning over all the J-rock bands , I can’t explain it but the warning songs just have somthing about them that I connect to and enjoy more the others , while I may appreciate the prog aspect and technical aspect of Band maid , and the virtuoso talent of the musicians in love bites , the warning may not be is technical or prog or as heavy , but they imho songs flow more natural and just sound better to the ear from beginning to end and lyrically are superior

But it's all worth checking out to see if you discover something new. I have had several people comment that watching vids I do other than the band that they originally came to see me do have discovered some new stuff that they like. I'd recommend clicking on anything I post that you've never heard of. If it's not for you and need to check out after hearing just a bit of it, I get it.
