Yo Reid been obsessed with your videos recently because I just purchased a starting home studio setup it's my first every experience running any daw in my life. I am running a slightly older version of Adobe audition with some nice plug ins such as medolyne, and I'm starting to feel like upgrading might be in my future. What would you suggest I upgrade first? My mic is defiently something I've been eyeing; so maybe in terms of just daw/computer upgrade, or anything for that matter what do you think I should do next? Definitely upgrade your software and interface first. Those will make the biggest difference in your recording and producing quality. Update your computer later when you're experiencing CPU limitations. Luna and Apollo are bundled in 1 purchase, so it's my new #1 recommendation for beginners.

Yes you need 5.6 as the tutorial states. They removed the “add library” feature after 5.6

This is the worst piece of software I have ever tried. Such a nonsensical application made for people who like to play real life on their computers, mom and dad with their virtual dolls.
