I actually got an MK2 Rob Evans knife in O1, and it chipped on the first feather stick (still like the knife), so 5/32 and CPM 3V feel necessary for a scandi on hard wood. My F6 from Reiff is crazy tough

Appreciate the review John, Im wondering if the new S5" Scandi will be too much blade for woodworking tasks vs the F4 Scandi. Not sure if you've tested them yet, but I would definitely love to see your review comparing the 2. Cheers!

It is a tru scandi bit thick of a blade stock but it's true

My f5 doesn’t rattle in kydex sheath. I’d send it back for a new one.
