These workouts are great! Perfect timing too as I’m training to run a race in 24 and need the strength training to avoid injury. Been there done that lol! And I like that the videos are captioned. First I want to say that I love your channel, haven't been working out with you for long but just a few videos in I realized I wanted to become a premium member to be able to work out with you daily. So, i have a question, when we go into the cardio part of this reignite serious, my HR should be at around 117 because I'm 45 but I average about 142HR during those 15 min. Does that matter?

Thank you so much @sariahdevereaux3548 we appreciate you. It's a great question too. Yes, slow your pace down and get yourself back into your fat burning zone. At 142 beats you're closer to your optimal cardio zone which is a whole different thing. Slow down and let's have you do the cardio component at no more than 125 bpm. Remain contained. It might not feel like you're doing much at that rate but you'll use energy derived from stored fat very efficiently 💪
