The fact that I found this 12yrs ago and this man isn’t mainstream is proof to me that the music industry is ignoring real artists and pushing trash industry plants. I pray the real artists with soul get the recognition they deserve ❤❤❤ Jordan’s music saved my life and he’s been a big inspiration to the artist in me

This guys music has that 'I sold my soul to the devil" type sound that makes soul music good. Incredible.
@thefalselemon5793 жыл бұрын
That’s literally what I said to my friend when I saw him last night, like there’s no way he could be this good without selling his soul. God wouldn’t endow anybody with this kind of power, not even through hard work and practice. Nope, guy sold his soul for the prize of becoming a god on earth

I've been watching Jordan since he was 8 years old perform all over Saskatoon, Sk. Even then, at our elementary school assemblies, Buds on Broadway, where ever, he could melt your face!! He's the real deal...and deserves all the success that comes his way. It's all hard work, and God given talent. I still follow him, and all his ventures, and am proud to have been lucky enough to grow up around this kind of talent.

Ain't no realer deal on earth. I've seen Reignwolf in concert twice and both times he blew my mind. He starts with a three-piece band and keeps breaking it down and breaking it down and breaking it down until he's standing in the middle of the audience on an upturned drum playing his guitar like a sweat machine. This guy is so great he makes me cry.

When you almost blew up my amp that new years gig downtown Saskatoon in 96 I was already a huge fan. You were a last minute addition to the show and I got to run sound for you. When someone from the crowd came up to me and asked why the guitar was so loud, I showed him the volume control for the guitar mic on the board and pulled it out to zero. The only difference was it lost a little top and bottom but the meat was still there. He looked at me and I explained: "It's his volume onstage, that's how he plays, I can't do anything about that." He walked away without being pleased, and that's a good thing.....if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen.....what would have he said at Woodstock watching Hendrix?
@stacywestly6410 жыл бұрын
What is so appealing about Jordan Cook? His passion. He really loves to play. He loves to sing. He loves to perform. Personally, I think he is terrific and I look forward to hearing more from him. I will be seeing him live in Los Angeles ... can't wait to feel that energy in person! For those complaining about the distortion ... this is a style of blues guitar. Take a listen to Dan Auerbach, Stevie Ray Vaughn and others ... this style is not to hide poor playing or singing. It is a style of gut-pulling, emotional, passionate blues.
@sabbathian95428 жыл бұрын
I want this on vinyl. In twenty or thirty years when Reignwolf puts out an album(probably around the same time as Tool's fifth album) I hope he records it "live" like Black Sabbath's first record, this music is so raw, I'd hate it to suffer from being overpolished

disaudio243 I think they're trying to make one that works because if it works, it works like a Motherfucker. Last I heard he was talking to Rick Rubin. From my understanding is that money isn't an issue because he could start a bidding war if he truly need to. By which I mean finding a way to put his live show on a record, which is even better than this by a ton, in a way that the hype can survive the chopping block of the reviews.

I remember seeing him about 5 or 6 times at a pub for free in Regina here.. I talk about it like it was ages ago but it was only a couple years back, he's getting big fast and rightfully so. I remember seeing him for the first time playing a solo on top of what seemed like an endless stack of amplifiers and I just thought "more people need to hear this".. every time he's in town here I try and chat with him. If you want to hear studio versions of 'electric love' and 'the chain' check out his solo record 'seven deadly sins'.. Saskatchewan pride!

I've been playing guitar and a student of the bluesman and the blues way of life for forty years. You are a true son of the blues. You are a true bearer of all that Albert, BB, and Jimi ever taught. May you be blessed in all your ventures, and should you ever need guitar or amp repair in Seattle, I will do it for free. Don't ever stop doing what you are doing. You are carrying the torch of so many blues greats, don't ever take that for granted.
