For a long time in the last 3 years you have been a great spiritual guide for myself as well as the much needed Reiki healing I really needed along the way. I'm not even near your expertise - but I'm definitely looking to try my own hand in Reiki healing videos as well. Neil I was at work a few days ago and had gotten hurt on the job I couldn’t move my leg my friend ask if I would go to the hospital which I later did to be on the safe side but I watched one of your video’s and immediately the pain subsided and went away the next day I went back to work with no pain thank you for your Reiki videos they go along way peace and love to you my good friend!

@@NeilCooperReiki it does help me sleep. I just have always been afraid to sleep a certain way due to a terrifying sleep paralysis dream or sometimes I jerk awake from the fear of being frozen again.

Yes sleep paralysis can also be cause by out of body experiences, when the spirit travels. The body has to be held still for a few minutes so the spirit can fully reattach.

@@NeilCooperReiki well it's not the paralysis that makes it scary. I think someone must have followed me back because I got attacked when I was in bed. It felt so weird because I was just under the covers, watching an asmr video. Then this rotting man in a big wide brim hat and coat smacked the phone out of my hand, held me down, and then proceeded to lick my mouth out. I was frozen and couldn't move. After a bit it got up then left. I didn't swallow or anything I ran to the bathroom and used a whole tube of toothpaste. And couldn't sleep right ever since. I was always scared of being attacked again it was so vivid and real.
