I always feel better after one of Jillian's sessions. So I conducted a little experiment. I have to monitor my blood pressure and my previous readings have all been high. I took readings during and after Jillian worked her magic. They were well within the normal range for an old crone like me. She's awesome at what she does - thank again Jillian ❤
