This is a self healing session or an opportunity to receive across time and space; a time to give to one’s self in the midst of processing lived experiences. This is an act of time travel. Regulate emotions as you feel each response to each experience. There are many other ways to decolonize. Reconnect and restore indigenous cultures. Find your indigeneity. Detach from exploitative beliefs and economic practices. Form community and revolutionize your education. Infuse compassion into your practices with self and others. Do not tolerate intentional misuse of power.
