Love the sessions. I’ve had to tap into my strength when I broke my back and got told I will never walk again. Well I would not give up and ten spinal operations later and lots of determination I’m up and walking . I must say I’ve had lots of reiki over the years also. Confidence comes from 2 sources. Competence, or ignorance. If you're competent in what you're doing, you'll do it with confidence. Or, if you're ignorant of what you're about to try/do/experience/etc, you'dbe confident. Because you wouldn't know what's expectedand needed of you. If your confidence, for example, came from alcohol. It would be a fools confidence. You'd know as much or less, but you're ignorant to the fact that you're lacking competence. People just can't seem to understand that confidence is earned through experience, learning, repetition, and adaptation. ❤❤👏👏
