I'm sure we all have been a victim in circumstances beyond our control and then held a grudge against the person or person's responsible, sometimes for many years after the event!! This video will if watched regulary will help towards releasing the negative energy of anger, revenge plus frustration, and of being helpless and powerless at that time!! The energy release here was super powerful!!

I’m watching this because after years of ptsd symptoms and constant triggers I want to take control over my life. I’m tired of living in survival mode. I’m tired of the victim mentality. I was a victim, now I am a survivor. There is no need for me to continue living life in constant fear or as if others are conspiring against me.

Two days ago i listened it at night and i cried a lot it was too much and i slept ..next early mornings i had a dream some lady who put her hands on my head and comforted me ..today i find myself looking and feeling much better and healthy which i never felt..i feel lot of positive changes since then ... Hi! Hi Reiki is a laying of hands practice, but the main difference is that Reiki doesn't use our own body's energy. It is channeled energy and you don't have to put your hands on a person to use it. That is what makes these videos effective. I can be thousands of miles away from someone and it will still work even if I sent it a year ago. The Reiki can also be sent to many many people at the same time. Hop this answers your question : )

The intention of all the videos is that they go to whoever wishes to receive the energy as long a they are in the space where the video is being played.
