Thank you. Emotions, fear, anger, anxiety came up to clear from a trauma 11yrs ago when i felt abandoned as a single mother with my new born baby on my own in Cyprus, I was there from the UK, I was in total panic with my emotionally detached brother who had said he won't help. My child's father left to go back to the UK and my own retired father wouldn't come and help. It wasn't til now that I saw the connection with my past life trauma, then I gave birth to a child whilst on my own in the woods in the 16th century. It surfaced in a regression session and more parts cleared years later in energy healing. My guess is the high emotions I felt in this life were so high for still having memories of the past life too. I see now we run far deeper than we think. I now also understand why I have a fear for the future when my father passes, fear of being alone in the world again. Thou, my daughter is not a baby now and will be even older then. I also I affirm it is safe for me to be alone, I can handle it! I will continue to clear this trauma out with you. It may also make sense of my simmering anger with my father to today, I feel let down by him a lot. I must let it go, it doesn't serve me. Thank you. Hi Lourdes, Thank you for all that you do! I started feeling pressure to the back of my head and when I closed my eyes. I started to feel and see smoky type substance emit from my body. I did this last night 4x's and it put me to sleep. I woke up feeling rejuvenated and energized. I know now more than ever in my life that we are truly connected. I started crying after an old memory of Feb last spring when I went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and my ex boyfriend at the time and I were having our worst rocky times and he refused to go with me so I felt ashamed that I showed up alone to my family function... Omg this video removed a block from my heart and allowed me to connect with my mother to find the root of her insomnia. Its due to her missing my father. Im feeling sad and you made a comment of encouragement on the live Reality Revolution with Brian Scott; I burst into tears. I have a huge sense of loss permeating my soul. I lost my little brother when he was 11years old; he was buried alive with his 7 year old friend. Im crumbling with grief. My intention is to thank you because my thoughts are not positive and lifegiving at this moment. I am deeply grieving the loss of my beloved Cody who was my dog for 8years 2months before he died of pancreatic cancer on March 7, 2024 4:19pm as I listened with a stethoscope to his last heartbeat while i held his head in my arms as he lay on the table at the animal hospital. I will not recover from this although after that experience I consider myself a certified Heart Warrior. This grief has lodged itself in my body and is interfering with my health and career. Whoa... that was powerful. It felt like I was being filled from the ground up and a whole bunch of stuff was pulled from my solar plexus. Hello! I felt, that there was something in the area of my solar plexus chakra (blockage?), at the beginning of this Reiki session. That something dissolved more and more, as this session continued. Hi Lourdes...I felt this energy go straight to my chakras; first to my heart chakra and then I felt a tightening sensation in my solar plexus chakra. I have depression and trouble with fatigue. I think this is where the energy gets stuck. I felt the tightness for awhile in my lower chakras and then the energy moved to my upper chakras for awhile, then back to my solar plexus. I felt the energy first tingling around my feet, and then after a short while I perceived a sense of the area around the front of my chest being cleared with a flash of light, in an instant. and then a short while after that it mainly concentrated around my solar plexus area, where any blockages I had felt slight discomfort and I also noticed that it felt like the cells in my body around this area were vibrating (which I guess they always are) but particularly in this chakra and it felt like it was for this purpose...so it helped I think. Well, the first time watching this I only noticed it only subtle and soft. The videos of yours where I feel the most are ordinarily those about calming anger and fear and your videos about chakras if I feel I need them. Very often I feel an instant release after a few minutes. But with this one I did not notice much...

Dear Lourdes, Wow it is strong. It'll be great to have more Reiki sessions via crystals. Have you ever tried a fused Chinese crystal ball? Supposedly they're recycled quartz. But even it were plain class, it is still SiO2. Since they're water clear, how will the energy be different? Maybe I should try it first before suggesting. :) With deep gratitude,

+Athena Chen, It sounds like a composite. When I send the energy of crystals, I send the energy of the pure form of that mineral. For sending energy through a crystal, I highly recommend using a whole crystals since composites could have disjointed energy and it won't feel the same. Blessings, Lourdes

Feedback: the first time, the energy was kind of repelling. I thanked the crystal and made up my mind to receive. I have played this 3-4 times now. The clearing is at the emotional level. I can feel little little lighter. The effect can be noticed slowly. But it's pretty effective.
