Levels: around 2006 I was a pharmaceutical laboratory coordinator making 75+K a year and actually was at zero to negative income. I had a drug problem/addiction. I got clean in 2012, started at minimum wage working for Krispy Kreme, then Amazon and started making my own soap. From that point, I got a skincare license, then a massage license. Due to my science background things are looking like I could change the way massage operates and turn it into the next level; the 10K to 15K per month. I can't say much more about that, nor should I. Next month I'll have 11 years clean‼️ However, all I have to do is stay clean and do the next right thing. Your videos keep me on the right track and let me know when I'm right and doing well. They also let me know when I'm not doing so well and I can do better. Typing on the phone... enough.

I have followed the instruction a few times now. It is really relaxed and I saw lights during the meditation, my legs were quite warm/hot at some points and nearly the end I saw white light above my head. Thanks you very much for sharing this.

This was so nice. I meditated with this one while doing the hand positions and towards the end, I saw that I was in a garden with visuals of flowes and butterflies together with roots and trees and different colors. I also felt my hands tingling and my body now feels so nice and relaxed. Thank you for this! Will be using this again!

I liked all of it except the music. It was very loud and agitating. I had to turn the volume way down. Would’ve preferred some softer calmer music and maybe some talking about what’s happening while you’re doing each position or what you might be feeling.

Hello. Thanks for sharing this video. I am fairly new to reiki. I've had reiki 1, but still don't get all that it is. Is this treatment something to be used everyday? And with the same intention each day. Or on a situation basis, where you only use it for a specific intention. Or perhaps it can be both ways? As a beginner following a video or other guidance as you do this, each day, could be a good idea. When you get more used to doing it you might choose to skip the guide and do it on your own, which has the added benefit of letting you to focus on the areas that most need to be worked on. This video (like all the others on this channel) is a general program which aims to cover all of the chakras - so while that's useful, sometimes you want to do something more focussed.

As this is a short treatment, there's a choice to try to do everything quickly, or to skip some of the positions and spend more time on each of the ones that are remaining. This is a choice, and I wouldn't say there's a right/wrong answer here. Personally I find fewer positions but for longer is best.

I saw a lot of different things during this reiki session. Every time I switched hand positions I saw a different color. I saw colors hugging colors as well when I switched.

This is 27 minutes; 9 positions at 3 minutes each. I use this to good effect every morning, however it is not 20 minutes.

These videos have been tested many times before arriving at the final timings. Each position isn't held for the same length of time, which is why it's not 9x3 minutes.

The lineage we teach is Usui Shiki Ryōhō, but these particular hand positions aren't based on Hayashi's, they're modern.
