Thank you so much 🙏🏼 I was in desperate need for this session after a heavy turbulent couple of days dealing with a narcissist conditional mom that’s on her death bed, and speaking to another sibling about our recently deceased dad that never showed affection towards us, and was always quick to criticize and wish us ill things if we didn’t listen to him, mom did the same as well 😢 I told them both thank you for the good times and I forgive them for bad times & asked for forgiveness in return. I also, told them I love them, and kissed them on their head right before I said goodbye to them for the last time 😔 Despite what they put me through every day I try my best to be a better parent to my kids and support them anytime they needed me ❤
