i too have very extreme soul damage. had my own energy constantly drained and fragmented and stolen by narcissists and abusers (especially one in particular) since birth and i've been working my entire life to get it all back. this healing makes such a difference. i don't get corded nearly as much now and feel so much more secure in all my own energy.
