I really needed this. I am transmuting all fear, all toxic energy (from my spirit, mind, body, and soul- physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, both known and unknown)and changing it to positive energy of beaming light. I want to somehow put this picture as my wallpaper is the photo infused with reiki as well I deal with a lot of anxiety and I feel this is a perfect video for me. Maybe looking at the picture all day and listening will help to remind me to use fear and anxiety as a motivation. I am 33 and I have never driven a car due to fear and I am really trying to work up the nerve to try it. I know it sounds so silly but to me it's very scary. But I am ready to just do it.
