I started to feel immediate relief. I am extremely sensitive to energies, and I have never tried Reiki before. I did not know it could even be done virtually like this but I could feel the cloudiness around my heart and mind dissolve. Like the healing energy was breaking the grunge apart and washing it clean. I am aware of intergenerational trauma, healing contracts, letting go. Its hard to find peace when new fires keep coming. Counting my blessings, I am a good person, made mistakes, human101. "To err is to be human", as I pray on another full moon for guidance, acknowledging my blessings, fine line with I'm no Einstein, don't think I am insane "doing the same thing expecting a different outcome".
