Thank you for that. I was trying to figure out what I was wanting or needing from my new bloodstone. When you mentioned several ailments folks may be feeling and asking them to focus on the one that resonated the most with them, I envisioned all the negativive feelings towards the toxic people in my life I have been holding onto. I imagined those feelings as blood clots keeping me from moving forward, reducing healthy energy circulation. The bloodstone helps with blood flow and I imagined it pushing out these clots. I will definitely be doing this meditation for a few weeks like you suggest to clear out my emotional attic.

I seriously own like 10 of these and Idk how I didn't do this meditation until now. lol. I'm definitely going to repeat the rose quartz one more. I felt warmer and supported by the stone even before you mentioned feeling supported by it. It felt like I got a rush of energy. I felt more at peace with being between things in my work. I'm somewhere between wanting to heal people through traditional means and discovering my joys ... art stuff is also healing. Maybe I'll try writing songs about what these stones make me feel like lol

Thank you for this. I have been using bloodstone the last few evenings as i have been poorly over xmas and going for more blood tests on monday hoping this helps. I use it with clear quartz to amplify and i can honestly feel my hand pulsing as i hold both and follow this x

I purchased a tumbled piece of bloodstone a while ago from a reputable shop, but it had no traces of red and was all dark green. Does it still count as bloodstone?

Should. Many can be wildly different from one another. Just means it contains little or less hematite which actually creates the red.

If you are having such a strong reaction to the gemstone it is likely a sign that you do not need the energy of Bloodstone right now. 🙏🙏
