This was great! I felt it all over my body and immediately saw bright light. I never saw who I was in a previous life, but tears flowing and when coming out of the cave their was a giant beating heart, that was the only time the bright light behind my eyes went away for a little bit.

Woke up today here in Perth Australia, I immediately felt all my burdens & worried rushing into my mind.. I Forgot I hadn't mediated yet. I left everything I was doing. I sat down with this energy activation with the intention of releasing it and I was completely blown away. A Complete release indeed!! It's like all worries dissipated. I’ve been doing your meditations for over a year. This morning I couldn’t sleep. So I decided to do this one because sometimes I fall asleep during them. This time I laid down normally but decided to move to my side like I sleep during the beginning of the meditation. Somehow during my relaxation I hear this screeching noise and I feel like my soul is being taken away, I’m scared so I say cover me with the blood of Jesus over and over. I tell Jesus I love him. I feel my body resisting. I keep hearing the screeching kind of like it’s resistance. Somehow I calm down because I start to see butterflies everywhere and I’m floating over my body. I see a skeleton that I think is mine with a sore on the side of its boob. Then I see someone’s head (not sure if it was mine) in a brain scan type of thing. Then it was then end and you disconnected and grounded me.I have been worried about my health a lot lately. Kind of wondering if that why I saw that stuff or if it was even me. I don’t know what to think now.
