Hello sweet Anna! I have been diagnosed with Depression, PTSD/Grief Disorder, Hypersensitivity (aka Highly Sensitive Person), as well as, four conditions along the Anxiety spectrum (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder). I’m also an empath and INFJ personality type. Life can be quite challenging. Along with my struggles, I very often feel so different from everyone else, and out of place in this world. It can become disheartening. It would mean a lot to me if, at some point, you could please make a video related to “accepting yourself as you are”? I imagine it would be helpful for others, as well. Enormous Love and Huge Hugs, Anna, for giving it your all last night/ this morning and as I seemed to progress, in what felt like a new realm, which is/ was super cool. I was not able to get myself totally asleep and stay asleep, upon ending the session. I slightly recall you wanted me to jot something down for you and I remember I promised, therefore, here it is. Again, you are so awesome for pushing me directly where I already knew to go. Something just felt really weird, almost like I had butterflies, which I don't usually feel. Also, my neighbors were launching mortars non-stop until about 0330, which was really screwing up my concentration in a major way. Thank you again and you Rock, like a Rose Quartz...
