Watching your videos while in dental school have really shaped my outlook of what I aspire to accomplish after I get out. As I have taken notes on your videos and see and adapt the way you do things and the precision of your cases, it made me realize that a GP really can do it all with the proper competency and training. Doing what you do is exactly what I want to do after my GPR for my future pts. My goals are to set up a practice in a more rural area where specialists may not be as accessible. Thanks for your videos.

Terrific! Glad the videos have inspired you. Be sure to get the proper training and subscribe to DentistryMasterClasses.com so you can view the complete comprehensive cases as well as all the Dental Minute videos, organized in a library. Watch the multiple times you you learn the methods. I am sad my hands on center in Dallas, The Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry (CARD) closed this year after 20 years of operation due to Covid and the trend for online teaching vs. hands-on. Some things need hands on teaching to master, but the DMS.com videos are definitely most helpful.

you place the implants? Why did you remove that bridge? You did an amazing job. The clinical crown looks pretty show short on #3. You plan on doing some crown lengthening as well? Amazing work doctor.
@centerforard4 жыл бұрын
No, do not crown lengthen a molar tooth because you will get into the furcation. If the clinical crown of a molar is too short, consider endodontics and a cast post connected to the crown for internal retention.

Hello doctor I have a question regarding kerr temp bond cement, I used as a temporary cement for e.max crown I did in the clinic, and asked the patient to come back after 2 weeks to cement it permanently, but the day of removing the crown, I couldn't remove it without cutting the crown!! Any explanation of this please? Should I use another temporary cement for emax crown?

any discount for dental students on the mastery classes?
@centerforard4 жыл бұрын
DMC.com costs only $20/month! How inexpensive can we make it? I have to pay a videographer, editor, purchase several video cameras, several computers, several filming cameras for live and recorded streaming, a large screen for narration, editing equipment and rent 2 additional studios, 1 for editing and 1 for narration over the edited videos. Not to complain, but producing these videos is not inexpensive. That's not counting my own slide cameras and the extra time it takes to document the cases. Try documenting cases and producing the videos for KZbin sometime!

Hello sir what is the durability of bridge's?? It may come life time??
@centerforard3 жыл бұрын
It depends on what you eat and how you take care of it and many other things. They do not wear out like a set of tires. Some will last many years or a lifetime.

@@centerforard means we cant eat hard food?
@centerforard3 жыл бұрын
Hard food is hard on even natural teeth. I suggest you avoid really hard foods even with your natural teeth. If the bridge is replacing more than one missing tooth, it is more prone to "flexing" and leaking, especially if you eat hard foods.
