The concept of confidence in " The Art of Seductive Power" book completely explains this. I wish I read it sooner.

This video reminded me of something I read recently. Have you ever heard of 'The Irresistible Seduction Formula' by Olivia Simmons? That book is so transformative, it's a life changer.

When I started really diving into and making an effort in the self improvement department, my life got SO much better (go figure!) I started listening to the Working Hard Hardly Working podcast, started my own KZbin channel (a dream I've had for the past decade), and started focusing on quality, not quantity - in everything (things, friends, etc.) Micro steps create macro habits and prioritizing self improvement yields huge results!

Im actually happy that you make this video, especially the confidence hack part. This year ive been focusing on my strengths instead of my weaknesses, thats why i thought i couldve done this earlier in life. Im glad you put this video out there to help someone and to prevent what happened to me , could happen to others.

I started theraphy few months ago, because i wanted to know myself better, how my brain works and to find some solutions. I feel that i'm not at the point that i feel fullfiled and i have so much to work with and i want to continue, but i really sometimes don't know how to start a meeting. Like my theraphist ask me with what i came today and i just don't know what to say, because nothing specific happend in my life during the week. I wonder what are your (or whoever read this comment😊) tips, how it looks in year 10 year expierience? Do you always have topics to talk?
