I could see you're talking more to yourself than us and it's awesome! Love the energy! :D A kind of a caution you could consider here is the mindset during activities. When you have something scheduled (at least to me) it becomes a task and I try to "get it done". With time this takes the enjoyment out of it, so I try to slow down and try to enjoy the activity or whatever it is as it takes place. An example of catching that would be finding myself walking fast to or from the place of the activity just to get it done.

Great Vid! I agree with everything except for the last point. Not prioritising friends and family is one of the biggest mistakes you can make long term. Especially over personal tasks that could easily be rescheduled. It's good to develop the ability to be flexible and is much healthier long term. Otherwise, over time you will easily lose touch with people and the loneliness catches up. Would like to see a video on what you do to strengthen relationships while working on your goals. :)

she didn’t say don’t see your friends and family, she said don’t forget that you have goals and see your friends and family after your workout for example. you people just want to yap about anything and don’t actually listen to what you’re watching
