Hello, no you can only apply with grade 11 final results or grade 12 mid results or Grade 12 Sep results or grade 12 Nov results.

The NBT is not required for any undergraduate programme for the 2022 study year. Exemption is a legal requirement for the first-degree study at a South African university, basically your matriculation board certificate eg in South Africa we have National Senior Certificate (NSC).
