I like low profile fitted hats. But go with brown. Yes brown! Brown is Country, Woodsy, and Outdoorsy. And Camo is also a great hat for an outdoorsy look. Everybody wears those. "BIG SALE$ for you!!!😊 I like to fish, hunt, and camp. So camo goes with me. Also maybe like a washed faded red w/white mesh trucker hat would look cool too, for that worn-in look. Something like a barn'ish-red color to represent your barn and restaurant.🥞 It would tie everything together. As for yours, I like that brown hat a lot, I think that is my favorite one. The color is nice. A deep rich dark brown. So cool looking. I also really like the green and blue hats a lot as well. The grey one is also nice. I have a lot of hats that are in that smoke grey color. They go with everything. But either way, I can wait to see them when they are done. Good luck, Charlotte! -Bucky🤠

You could have your customers feed the calve at breakfast lunch and dinner or whenever you’re open.

For the next calf that is rejected, take the cow and put her in the squeeze chute if you have one, drop a side and let the calf suckle on her. Leave the cow in a pen with just the calf, as long as the cow is not aggressive toward the calf, after a few days to a week she should accept the calf. Once she fully accepts the calf you can turn them both out into the herd. You will be able to tell which cow it is by the one that has a full bag and swollen teets.

Also take some milk from the cow and put on the calf will help also.

Mske a small pin for it to where it has shelter and area to run in and bottle feed it 2 times a day milk and introduce sweet grain in front of it and keep a small 2 gl bucket of water in its pin and after 4 months he should be fine gradually start weaning it off of milk and make sure its eating more grain and after 4 months it should be fine to wean and sale

Brown over black. Blue hat not crazy about color but it’s better built hat. More rows of stitches on bill of hat is good. Also it’s nice to have Velcro for more fitted sizing

In an Amish barn, I once saw a heavy chain suspended from two ropes (on either end of the chain) laid slack and serpentine on top of the grain, so that as the grain went down the shoot, the chain would move and help push more grain down the chute. Might be worth a try. Love your videos. Brown Trucker gets my vote.

my friend took a registered brown swiss cow who had won quite a few awards all ready to a few local fairs. he did not clean her up did not trim or cut her hair and at 3 different county fairs he did NOT win any thing. after wards he would walk up to the judges and show them what she had won her pedigree and every judge WAS dumbfounded! she was a jetway brown swiss out of forest lawn simon jetway bull. she lived to be 17 years old and won many many awards but she NEVER won if she was dirty hair not trimmed. my uncle had prize herefords who EVERY one wanted bulls out of his herd. he did sell a couple calves to kids to take to the fair and they very seldom ever won. but EVERY one called him for bulls. so raise the calf and keep her in your herd.
