Rejected Shadow Design - Terios the Hedgehog - Jakks Pacific (Custom) Figure

Welcome back to my channel and in today's video I will be making terios the hedgehog. Incase any of you don't know who terios is. He is shadows prototype design. I was inspired to make this custom from a fellow youtubers chaomix, and Eldarin's videos that's covered the development of shadow the hedgehog. Ohh daaaamn terios! It looks insane! I wonder when metallix or nazo are gonna get made by ya because this is so cool!

There is a trick to swapping neck pegs this way, you can't just glue it on because there is too much stress on that joint. Next time try drilling a hole into the torso and peg so you can insert a toothpick or other thin stick. This will act as a spine to make the connection stronger and more surface area for glue to hold on to.

A toothpick wouldn't help _that_ much with how soft that wood is (speaking from experience). Brass rods are what should probably be used in this situation, or even paperclips.

@@wakeangel2001 Not if you have yourself some sprue cutters or wire cutters! Those are not only cheap, but a lifesaver in a lot of occasions.^-^

Cool custom. For the incompatible neck joints of the figures, couldn’t you have drilled a bigger hole into the sonic head?

No I don't own a drill Not to mention the little drill that I do have is for nails it's not strong enough to cut the plastic in the neck But I could always pay a real drill do it in the future

​@@pinkgamecubeyou could have used the knife to chip off plastic from the neck joint so it would fit it, it's what I've done and it worked great, the head can turn perfectly with a nice snug fit, just keep testing as you take small chips out of the ball joint to get the right fit and so you don't get it too loose.
