Sometimes prospective customers don’t like sales people who keep ranting on and on about the greatness of the product and its features.
All they want to know is how the product can make their life easier.
You might have the most reliable product in the market, but unless your customer sees how it benefits them, you’re probably not going to make the sale.
That means the customer is only going to give you their hard earned money if they feel your product can help them solve their problems.
