Reka HD 1080P Action Camera from Aldi

Went into a local Aldi store in the United Kingdom and saw this Reka HD 1080P Action camera for £29.99. Had to buy it and give it a go. So this is what you get .......

I wander if these cameras can be upgraded as you can upgrade the gopro hero1 to run on hero 4 software so makes it 4k

I have two on my bike, different name but exactly the same. Can't fault them so far. I think the lower resolution but higher frame rate option gives better number plate recognition at speed. Having lost 2 Drift Ghost S cameras off the back of the bike these are a far more reasonable solution.

I got myself a Gitup camera well worth a look . It has an external Mic as well as a phone app and accessories. Looking forward to footage 👍

These are available on eBay for £9.00 they are all named differently, but all exactly the same... The batteries dont last more than 25 minutes. Picture quality is reasonable. Micro USB charging ports tend to get pushed in rendering the unit useless. The good news is that all of the accessories fit the GoPro range, is a good way to get cheap parts.. £10 - £15 worth a punt, over £20... Not really worth it.

Why do i had to keep changing my gopro battery keep going off after 20 mins when I have it recording for magnet fishing and metal detecting

I have just bought reka hd 1080p action camara from aldi store in Ipswich I paid 19 -99p for that price its working fine ok its not a go pro but for that price it will do for me

With all that even if the camera isn't up to par the accessories themselves are worth that all in a good bargain.......

got one today aldi for £9.99 wow good price
