I mean. Bill O'Brien is Monkin who has been a very good Head Coach. Can pry get as OC. SB Winning OC, Bama OC. Took Texans to Playoffs yearly. Look at Watson w/o him. Just should of never been the GM but as a Head Coach. I'd prefer him, and you can pry get him as a OC

What are the four differences that separate the Washington Commanders from Chicago Bears? 1. The Commanders chose a winning coach in Dan Quin. 2. The Commanders chose a good offensive coordinator in Kliff Kingsbury. 3. The Commanders drafted a top-notch quarterback and Jayden Daniels. 4. The Commander's hired a GM that has a clue for talent to navigating the process.. 1. The Chicago Bears chose to stick with an incompetent head coach in Matt Eberlfuce. 2. The Chicago Bears hired Shame Waldron over Cliff Kingsbury because they didn't want to make the head coach feel uncomfortable with a fellow former head coach being his offensive coordinator. 3. The Chicago Bears drafted Caleb Williams over Jaden Daniels whom they didn't even bring in to Chicago for a visit. And it's obvious they didn't even have him on their board. 4. It's obvious that Ryan Poles has a knack to swindle draft picks with trades, but as far as using those draft picks for the process of bettering your team to strick gold, he's so far only delivered duds. In 3 years he hasn't produced 1 Pro Bowlers not 1 All-Pro through the draft. Jalen Johnson is Ryan Paces draft pick. No replicable offensive tackles, no replicable guards, just a bunch of castaways that other teams didn't want. These four differences have ignited the Commanders to have two playoff wins by rookie quarterback. By a Head coach that you once flew to Chicago for an interview in coach. Bring in Louis Riddick as our next GM and let him fix this disaster. 20 plus interviews for one position. Obviously you don't know what you're doing. If you got to leave that many stones turned, you have a serious problem, because you can't identify talent in front of you immediately. That's why you missed out on Kliff Kingsbury and chose Shame Walden. Ryan Poles should not be picking the next head coach.

Monken is a solid choice, but he’s still another unproven head coach in the NFL. A plus is that he does have head coaching experience, even though it was in college.

The Bears are a dysfunctional organization. Maybe not as dysfunctional as the Jets or the Raiders. I think McCarthy has the experience to overcome the dysfunction in the organization. He worked with Jerry Jones and that is not easy. I think assistant coaches without HC experience are going to fail in an organization like the Bears. Siriani is not a particularly good coach but he has tremendous help from those in ownership and in management. Siriani would have failed miserably in Chicago. McCarthy can put together a decent coaching staff and has the offensive moxie to improve Caleb Williams although I think Williams may not have the ceiling that all the "experts" thought he had.
