Fyi, I’m sure you know but i thought to mention for others; you are supposed to put all the friction plates and drive plates together before install and measure the total thickness, then refer to the manual setup page and it will tell you, depending on the total thickness which screw position to use on the pressure plate. They reiterate this point in the manual for proper setup, they go as far saying that incorrect setting of the pressure plate screw position can cause clutch damage.

As per Tokyo Offroads video that I followed, the marks on the pressure plate is to set the spring in the correct position. There’s a tolerance of 0.1mm that you need to hit that makes sure the spring is flat. When I tore my clutch apart it was on setting two but that made the spring too concave. I set it to number one and the feeler gage didn’t go through.

Question. I have just done an oil change after installing a rekluse cx a few rides ago. The oil is now a different colour to what it used to be. Is that normal? Thanks
