Actually I’m Albanian and I can say Albania and Greece modern relations aren’t so bad and are slowly improving. The conflict/disputes only lasted through the 20th Century. I would rate the relations as -10 today.

Corrections for Serbia: Montenegro: + 50 (Montenegro is basically another Serbian state, which got freed from Albanian NAZI and FASCIST regime in 2020, Serbs are officially a majority in Montenegro and with a new leaders, there's even a chance of Montenegro uniting with Serbia again. Ofc, Montenegro firstly needs to leave NATO and withdraw the recognition of Kosovo which Albanians manipulated with before Serbs got freedom in 2020.) Bosnia: + 50 and - 10 (How? Because there's a Republic of Srpska within Bosnia which is around 90% populated by Serbs, the other half of Bosnia is Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is mainly populated by Bosniaks and Croats, Serbs are the third in Federation) Albania: - 50 (War could escalate every day) Croatia: + 10 (We are improving our relations with Croats, we even started cheering for each other on world tournaments, etc...) Slovenia: + 10 (Serbs and Slovenians aren't hating each other at all, we even do have a pretty good relations, since there's also a lot of Serbs living in Slovenia. Unfortunately, Slovenia recognized Kosovo just because, no hate, they are Western puppets and that's a fact. They are too much deep in Western's a$$, honestly. USA is giving a huge amount of money and supplies to countries who recognize Kosovo. Unfortunately for them, that's not going pretty well as far as I know. There's like more than 25 countries in the world who withdrawn the recognition of Kosovo since they saw what Albanians did, a huge amount of gen*cides, ethnic cleansings, crimes, organ traffic, organ harvesting, raping, slaughtering, killing children, women, etc... Money cannot fake the truth, cannot even buy the truth. Kosovo is Serbia) For Greece and Romania, surely: + 100 (Greeks and Romanians are our brothers and they deserve a special place in our hearts) That's all. Thanks for understanding, Kosovo is Serbia.

As a Bulgarian citizen, I can confidently say we love Romania the most, then come Greece and Turkey. We like Slovenia and Croatia, Bosnia not that much, we love Albania, are neutral about Montenegro, and meh with Serbia. Meh meaning not really neutral, but not bad or good. Pretty much indifferent. We do support Kosovo tho. About N. Macedonia, it depends on who you're asking. If you're asking hyper nationalists that support Russia, they hate Macedonia. If you ask anybody else, either they're politically indifferent or love Macedonia. For me personally, I love and support Macedonia ❤ stay safe out there y'all
