I did this in 2021. 108 times per person for 40 days. For people I didn't even want to say I'm sorry to. It was so liberating. I did it for 40 people. After that, I have felt zen inside and it was so liberating. I had time because it was still lock down. No one have to do it like me, but I'm telling you that suddenly people's attitudes towards me changed. And I changed. 108 times for one person, takes 5 to 6 minutes. When you do it for 40 days, especially if you are angry with them, it's changing you inside and you finally free yourself from the anger without ever meeting them again or saying it directly to them. If you wonder: I did it with my morning coffee. But I started with 10 people and then after 40 days, another 10 and so on. At 51, Never felt so calm in my whole life.

you would need to understand the source of the anxiety or depression first. but generally anxiety is as a result of ‘shallow breathing’ and quick short breaths. you should try extreme ‘deep breathing’ exercises. it’s also called ‘Pranayama’ try it twice a day. make sure you are drinking lots of water without mixing anything into it.
