Great presentation. You mention StanfordNLP is sensitive to input sentences. What framework do you use for sentence simplification or summarization?

For sentence simplification, I have used the approach described here resources.mpi-inf.mpg.de/d5/clausie/clausie-www13.pdf . Given that the paper is 5 years old, I had to update it for the newest version of Stanford NLP, of course, since the output of the dependency tree parser has changed. Regarding text summarization, it is a different subject that has not been addressed here, but there is a lot of research done on the topic.
