The thing I liked the most in what you said is that sometimes toxic relationships can be confusing at times. Usually the person you are with is not the devil, they can be good at times and even make you happy but it takes courage to ask yourself how much of the relationship is healthy and how much of it hurts you and make your decision based on this answer

I completely agree. During my last breakup so many people tried to make my ex a villain (sometimes they can be very hurtful). He was a great person but he was not the right person for me. I liked what Sam said about being able to talk to her parents. It’s so important to have the right people around you during the breakup. There are so many voices and having negative ones around you during a sensitive time is not good

I’ve been married for 14 years and since the first day I’ve been putting my relationship in a “measuring scale“ every day and thinking if it worths or not. It’s really tiring but unconscious. The lack of trust and fear made me choose not having kids. I mean, made me not wanting to have kids. I wander if It would have been different if I had chosen a different person to share my life. (Sorry for my bad English).

Very nice, I agree with pretty much everything you said! I would add that if you are in a long term relationship and your partner does not want to get married, you may still be the one in their eyes, and they may still be in for the long run, but they simply don’t want a marriage. Just talk about it and if they are “the one” you will find a solution together.

Hi Sam! I know you love listening to different respectful opinion 😁 so, answering your question: I’ve been married for 14 years keeping my private life. I mean, I don’t share my income or fully my thoughts or everything that I love etc. I really feel the necessity of being myself and have my space. It doesn’t mean that I don’t love my husband of course, but this is my personality. So, if someday you get in love with a man that’s quiet and private, don’t feel like he doesn’t love you or something like that. 🥹 My hubs and I are kinda alike actually. And it’s ok 🥰. Love, Karen
