The more she messes around, the more energy he invests in her. How do so many men have it so backwards? Don't reward disrespectful behavior with more attention. And for the love of god, end this relationship. You think a healthy dynamic is salvageable after this mess? Take the lessons, move forward, and apply them with a higher quality woman.

In the USA there is an epidemic of weak men. Example: There are 1000 Simps for every married woman that wants to cheat on her husband.

I agree with Coach. This chick has to be sent to the streets. I had an ex-wife (long ago now) and a recent ex-girlfriend text other men. They had thought grass was greener and the excitement it brought. They had checked out. I know it’s difficult for the dude in the email but his chick needs to go. Otherwise her behaviour will mess with his head and cause him so much stress. Send her to the streets mate and find someone who’s into you and who is loyal and trustworthy

The quickest way to get her attention is stop giving her yours. The biggest problem is they live together. I suggest this guy hop on a couple dating apps and let her know it (don’t hide it). Tell her, “you’re communicating with a bunch of male orbiters so decided it’s tome for me to get back on the saddle”. She will start trying to win you over because you know the material and those other guys don’t know shit. STOP trying to fix it and pleasing her. Hang out, have fun and hook up here and there. Don’t talk about relationship labels. Let her come to you. You just keep focusing on yourself. If you don’t work out get to the gym 3 days a week for 45 minutes each session (you can make time for that) and lift hard and focused. She’s not gone for good, do as I say and you’ll win. Don’t text her much, let her text you and give her short direct replies. The next point, this sexting crap would make me be done. She’s low value and character by doing this. So you may not want to reconsider your desire to win her over. Do as I said above and you’ll have options and one of them will be her. I’m not big on dating apps as I prefer to meet the ladies in everyday life..pumping gas, grocery store, a self improvement class (attend a few yoga sessions, you’ll see), meditation group, hiking Meet Up, just start talking to women everywhere you are. Stop trying to convince her, you sound like a weak beta male. She’s for the streets but you can move along while enjoying her here and there.

Women are emotional. Telling her will illicit a bad reaction. Better for him to just do it and not say anything, however still being transparent if she asks.

Been together for 3 years. The last few months i needed to focus on myself and my career, asked her to be patient and asked for a bit of space. Yes, i admit i didn't pamper her too much, but the companionship and friendship were stronger than ever. Well, for her it wasn't the same, she didn't give a shit about companionship and having a strong bond...she needed attention. So, what she did? She downloaded dating apps beyond my back, found a dude with whom she had compatibility with, met with him a couple of times and then broke up with me. Now she's lovebombing and idealizing him as she did with me when we met...she's bound to repeat the cycle. As soon as the honeymoon phase is gone and the dude starts to focus on himself again, she will monkeybranch to another man. She indeed belongs to the streets.

My ex and I had a long distance relationship near the end because she just couldn’t find a stable place to live and went from being 15 minutes away to an hour away to live with her friend. Their friendship began to deteriorate and she had to stay in a shelter that I couldn’t visit her at (Covid times) and then moved in with her Aunt. This long distance and lack of seeing each other as often killed things for me. She ended the relationship (though it was sort of mutual) saying she needs to focus on herself and her kids and getting a place of her own and didn’t want me waiting around for her to figure it all out and that I deserve to do what I want and need. So I started seeing another Woman briefly two weeks later and she got mad at me claiming she thought it was too soon and that I obviously never cared all that much about her (which was a lie). Caught her on Tinder not long after and in her bio it said she was hoping to find a guy she briefly met somewhere. So I confronted her and she said that this dude bought her drinks and she thought about getting his number but didn’t cause she didn’t want to do it out of spite against me (yeah I don’t know about that) and then things between us further devolved into arguing and we stopped talking. Now, one year after the break up I find out that her reasonings for breaking up were true, however clearly not entirely as she has a new “boyfriend or whatever” and her life hasn’t improved really at all (lives with her Mom an hour and a half away) so clearly this wasn’t all about getting a place of her own and focusing on herself and the kids. After finding this out, (I reached out from time to time cause I still cared about her and the kids and just wanted to check in) I essentially told her “thank you for making it clear where we stand and that your reasoning for ending our relationship was mostly a lie”. She got all angry and defensive saying she doesn’t owe me an explanation or anything and that it’s my fault cause I couldn’t move her into my place (I tried many times but I share a house and it wasn’t solely up to me) and that I “didn’t try hard enough”. I tried for weeks to get her to give us another chance, tried many times to reason with the people I share my place with to let her and the kids move in and tried to get her to not to give up just because life is complicated right now to no avail, all go find out she has a new guy in her life a year later and that she either lied about the reason for the break up or is only trying to blame me as a means of projection and avoiding responsibility. All of which I told her she was doing as well as alluding to the fact that she “belongs to the streets”. Glad I can move forward knowing I did all I could and now that she is with another dude, I have absolutely zero desire to be with her again and have no respect for her.
