“He’s not a man who takes, ‘No’ for an answer.” Every time I hear someone say this about a man, I get chills. It’s not a flattering statement, but feels like a dire warning.
@thedarkestlotus3 жыл бұрын
You can be a man who takes "No" for an answer because you're certain about what you want in life. That exudes confidence. And to be fucking honest: you need a level of ego to be confident. Therefore, one should pay close attention to their self, observe it at all times and care for any wrong steps as it is really easy to confuse confidence with turning yourself into a narcissist. They're not the same, but they're similar. Humbleness should be part of your life when needed.

To be fair, she came to this conclusion when he showed up with ice cream after she agreed to go on a date with him. She didn't say no, she said yes, then decided to reject him after the fact in the most inhumane way possible. That should have been his red flag to avoid her at all costs. But if you dig even a little, you'd realize this entire video is based in half truth as well as complete fabrication, so it's a moot point actually.

I think the most important part of this by far is when she says "he was a driven, competitive man at work, and I found out that didn't change once he got home". The person you marry is the same you see when he's with his friends, employees, workers etc. And he may act different to you now, but that could change anytime. @@antonystringfellow5152 many narcissists and psychopaths are extremely successful and very wealthy. Elon is absolutely a narcissist if he resorted to sledging and focusing on flaws and faults of the other in an argument. An emotionally intelligent person with empathy does not do that to someone they love -- if they see their partner with 'faults and flaws' then they would first understand that those faults and flaws must exist within themselves first and their partner is mirroring back, and second they would suggest therapy to work on addressing those faults and flaws if they were so detrimental. A person that resorts to highlighting the faults and flaws in another in an argument rather than on the topic at hand, is someone that is avoiding responsibility of their own part they have played to reach that point. In a healthy relationship there is no need to argue about anything, rather than arguing, healthy people will seek to resolve issues before they become pain points that cause arguments. Dealing with a person with Asperger's is a tough call, and it's not up to their partner to absorb their shortcomings. Rather, the person with Asperger's requires the suitable therapy so that they learn how to respond in suitable, mature and healthy ways. Whichever way a person gets away from a narcissist, whether the narc instigates the divorce or not, it's still an ESCAPE. *other hints that he is a narcissist is the pre-nuptial agreements, expecting his wife to go blonder, etc -- he cared more about his financial position rather than equality and her welfare in and after the relationship. You clearly like to attack women and defend a narcissist, so chances are that you are also a narcissist or an abuser of some description.

We know something is not quite right, but while trying not to drown under a barrage of criticism and blame, we are steadily pulled into the event horizon of someone who must try to maintain control over everything and everyone in their lives. You can have your billionaire husbands, who worship material things more than life itself. I've been down that road where men think by handing you their credit card you should kiss their feet. When I finally did marry, I made sure it was just a regular guy who liked regular things. We were married 40 years before he passed away, but I wouldn't trade one of those 40 years. We had an apt in NYC and a sleeping bag when we started out, so what, we laughed for years about it. We ice skated in Central Park, walked hand in hand with our Sabrett Hot Dog off the street cart, and laughed the night away. We traveled and collected seashells and we snorkeled together ,and enjoyed our life. Maybe we didn't have a bunch of material things, but so what, we had love and commitment and mostly lots of laugh and love. These ''elites" have nothing but a bunch of ''stuff" as I call it, but there's always this sadness in their eyes. Years ago I hung out with the Wall Street crowd, money people that drank themselves into a stupor constantly. I think the loss was tremendous for both people and they handled it in their own way. Actually they were proactive if you like because they immediately got pregnant by surrogate-- I believe-- and had twins. SHE talked about multiple cesareans so what I read about surrogacy may be wrong but all I can say is they were on the SAME wavelength when they decided NOT to conceive in the usual way-- which usually results in one child-- but to go ahead and do IV --TWICE! FOR regular people IV is very expensive but I think he already had a lot of money and so Money Was No Object. I still find that reaction a bit odd quite frankly and I believe they both had the same reaction which was NOT to let nature and God take its course but to go to the doctor; get the embryos all stacked up and put inside; and then see what happened!! 🙃 WHAT I found very strange is that they didn't just do it once-- they did it twice-- so they must have been on the SAME wavelength which was to make a lot of kids fast and not leave much to chance or to God, if u will . SHE'D said she wanted lots of kids if wealthy and nannies galore( his comment) and so it goes. ☺He gave her what she wanted despite her knowing the marriage was on the rocks. SHE sounds like a lovely lady but she definitely is NO victim. She participated with him in having a lot of kids and while knowing that the marriage was shaky cuz she knew she couldn't carry on as a subordinate in a twenty-first-century marriage. I'm sure she has gotten a lot of money for the children so though apparently- according to the postnup-- she didn't get a lot from his massive earnings in HER name, as a dependent woman with five children she'll get a WHOLE lot of money from him for the kids til they reach majority. Not exactly a modern woman but more Victorian actually, but so it goes ☺ The other side of the coin is that he is such a smart man that I think he chose a very kind woman that would be a wonderful mother despite the fact she did NOT want to be the wife he wanted n needed-- a subordinate beta female in a 31st century marriage to an alpha male. Actually their marriage has worked out perfectly--dhe git kids n monry & he git kids n freedom yo make mobey n an extraordinary vision. AS far as I know neither have remarried--as that could reduce her child support money-- although he's had another child by an American lover and so now he has six living sons and one who has passed. HE told her early on he was the alpha and if a man tells you that you pretty much know that you are the beta. In her case-- when not with the kids-- she appears to be an omega--passionate n intelligent--a writer of novels. SO though she didn't make the wife that he wanted, she definitely made the perfect mother for his kids & he was a pretty good sperm donor with mega bucks to boot😁. I think it was a win-win because many women who want a lot of kids would just love to have the kids & the money and let the guy go free🕊.

So sorry to hear all this, Justine. I've had marriages like this in my past lives. That's why I chose to be single in this one as my early relationships were headed in this direction too. They too were mainly about taking, not giving. Have also had a few men around who wouldn't open up about their feelings or talk. I always recall you saying somewhere that you lost yourself in this marriage. It's commendable of you to have formed a friendship with Elon's 2nd wife. She obviously wasn't the perfect match and that marriage ended a lot sooner. Good luck to him finding his ideal woman. There aren't many of those around these days and even his money won't buy one. I wish you all the happiness and love you and your kids deserve. 😍🥰😍♥

From what I'm reading she got $2mil cash upfront and $80,000 per month in alimony. That was pre-tesla boom way back in 2008. She hardly had to struggle financially, not to say that divorce didn't take an emotional toll. You marry a narcissist who becomes the richest person on the planet with the ambition to colonize Mars, and you dont think you gonna have to sacrifice something in other areas of his life? Really.

@Storytime with Mamabear Well, that would make it: "Conquest is what most men in history have done", which is not true. My ex boyfriend told me once: “Who’s the boss?” and tried to sell it as a joke. My answer to him was: “I don’t need a boss, I need a man. If you want to be someone’s boss then build your company.” I remember how confused I was and tried to brush it off (as we always do) but deep down I knew that’s not the person I see myself having home and family with. I’m glad I relied on my intuition and didn’t go too far with this relationship because slowly he showed more and more signs of his controlling nature. When a man says that he’s the boss or the alpha in the relationship = CONTROLLING = RUN …because it is programmed to fail

@@Venus-gn5oi So very true..A genuinely strong man Or woman, has no need at all to Be controlling...such a person respects the path and choices their partner makes and always give them the space in a relationship to evolve without trying to shape that delicate process. @Storytime with Mamabear You'd rather be beat by someone who's supposed to love you than be cheated on.. Sweety, self love comes first. You should not be putting up with ANY of and rather neither over the other. I've never been cheated on and would NEVERRRRRRRRRR let a man touch me let alone put his hands on me that shit sounds mind boggling that a woman would allow that to happen to her. I'm a sweet and feminine woman but if any man were to touch me, it'd turn out bad for him in one way or another, because I ain't the one, that's all I'm saying. Don't allow anyone to take advantage of you like that. It's not like they're family. They are someone you chose. You don't choose your family but You fully picked your partner though. You gotta know that unconditional love is complete fairytale. Love comes with conditions. Period. If Someone hurts you, whether it be emotional or physical.. Those are conditions that where if they're broken, you should no longer be in that relationship. That whole Jesus thing about forgive your enemy and love them unconditionally, that's cool and all. But you can forgive and stay FAR THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM AND NOT TOLERATE THEY'RE SHIT. :) OR fight back. Don't be no punk lol
