My strategy whem ever I got a physical craving was DISTRACT & DELAY I refund my love for cross stitches & colouring in 😆 lol I laugh now but am do grateful 🙏 to them for both the distraction & the therapeutic effect it had on me physically & emotionally. A wonderful experience actually I wish you all the best in your quitting endeavours 🙂✌

@@Dbenzsanz I had good sleeps just that I was eating too much, whenever I thought of smoking I would eat something to change the habit. Nicotine and craving is not a problem the problem is habit. You'll just have to fight habits .

The Apartment - It's great to see an episode I haven't seen before. One thing worse than a husband that won't believe what you are feeling or seeing, is a hysterical woman. Running screaming from the apartment bashing on people's door. I know it was only a dream, but she grabs me as the kind of woman that would actually do that if the occasion arose.

Glad I don’t have to move anymore- God willing. After watching all of these, it’s like you want to research any potential new home. I had ghost at my old farm house but I never saw them, just heard them talking some nights. I wonder if I had stayed longer if they would eventually get stronger and not very nice. It might have helped by my not being afraid of them.

BTW I got paranormal activity at my home too "It" makes people who live in the house serious sick, very hard knocking sounds, sounds like animals running at the attic. Physical contact and more stuff like that. And concentrated only to me...but i already got used by it... The important thing is have faith in religion and pray from the bottom of the heart will slow this entity's down or being silenced. Atleast, It works by me...🤲🏻

Agreed. I've had instances where I suspected something was in my house, a negative something since I was under very high stress. I never saw an actual presence, or even an orb, but I had to ask it very forcefully to leave because it was not invited in. It took a couple of tries, but the negative feeling left. The next day, I opened all my windows to air out my bedroom (the place where I felt it), as well as lit some candles. This was years ago. But more recently, like about 4ish no the ago, I was against going through a rough spot (I'm bipolar, so my moods can flutuate ) And, I was having a lot of trouble sleeping, which for me makes me take 3-4 bathroom trips in a very quick span of time. So on this night, I was using the bathroom --my toilet faces my glass shower door. And I saw this blinking green orb, and what looked like a partial face behind it. It was 2am, but I didn't feel overly sleep. It startled me, but I just quickly finished and went back to bed. Then about a week or so, I woke up to go pee, and the green orb was blinking and hovering on my bedroom ceiling. I do have a smoke alarm in my bedroom, but the light sensor blinks red, not green, and the orb was not near enough to the smoke alarm for it to blink like that. Also, my bedroom and bathroom are connected to each other. While creepy and startling I did not feel threatened by this thing. It was almost like it was telling me stop all my negativity because it was starting to greatly affect my space. I also thought it was like a warning to stop my negative thinking because it could invite something equally negative in. So I literally told the orb that I got the message. And the next day aired out my room, lit candles, and watched several episodes of one of my TV shows (which is ironically, "Supernatural"). And that little warning green orb didn't show up again. Though if it does, I'm going to listen to it's advice

To solve mistery in first episode. There are 2 enthetis. Demonic and human spirit. In EVP we can hear 2 voices, dark entheti who answer NO on question about scaring and human who want to cross(thats why his voise said: let me out.) I felt sadness too. Dêmøn hold him hostige. And that kinda situation its not rare. The boy is not separete spirit, that is same demon, they can shift into whatever and they looove present them self's in form of the child.
