The episode 'Untouchable ' depicts clearly how the Indians, especially the untouchables were tortured during the British rule. As an Indian, this episode means a lot to me. I loved the way in which Cara's mother, Linda tried to protect Ravi from the Indian policeman in New Delhi. Even after 75 years of Independence, untouchability continues to prevail in our country which is very unfortunate. Humans like Linda Dravis can of course eliminate this social evil. 1:25:50 satisfied me a lot. The spirit of Gia was so pleased. Special thanks to the 'A Haunting' team for this Indian-themed episode, where behind the creepiness is hidden an extremely painful story of a so-called 'Untouchable' girl, Gia.

Being English I’m sure “ untouchables” have always been part of Indian history. I’m horrified at out British empire & exploitation. Yet being a untouchable isn’t to do with the British empire exploitation. If we did add to that horrendous act it was wrong yet it was & is still apart of India’s culture
@EM-lz9kg Жыл бұрын
Economist and reformer B. R. Ambedkar (1891-1956) said that untouchability came into Indian society around 400 CE, due to the struggle for supremacy between Buddhism and Brahmanism (an ancient term for Brahmanical Hinduism). Some Hindu priests befriended untouchables and were demoted to low-caste ranks.

@EM-lz9kg The British Empire can be faulted for a lot of things when it came to India, but the designation and deplorable treatment of pariahs was a local-born evil.
@ritamsarkar9548 Жыл бұрын
@@EM-lz9kg I have great respect for the British but when I read about British colonialism in India and the way the Englishmen tortured the Indians, I simply can't control myself. They used to compare us with dogs. I hope you remember the signboards before some restaurants and offices where it was written 'No Dogs and Indians Allowed.' But the poor untouchables have suffered before, during, and after the British Raj. So I think India has not yet gained independence from social evils.

In the early 2000s I actually recorded every episode of this show. It's apparently continued newer shows after stopping for some time. Which is pretty awesome as reenactment documentary style paranormal are still my favorite to watch. This last episode here is an older one that I had not watched in many years. So long in fact that when I last did watch it I did not know who Amy Allen was. I thought the only episode she had been in was A Haunting in Georgia. Now I'm thinking I may need to rewatch some more of these. I've followed Amy Allen's career for some 2 decades now and she is the real deal. And she never allows herself to be bullied into even percieved loss of her integrity concerning her abilities. She maintains genuine scientific rules because her gifts are so... genuine. Any ounce of wishy washiness will destroy what she has spent many years documenting scientifically. She is absolutely fascinating IMO and I feel tickled to have discovered her in this older episode. The episode about the ghost woman from India? I have never seen that one! Surprise suprise!😊

In the 2nd one "Untouchable" that mother doesn't listen to a single word her daughter said and proceeded to tell her "NO MORE MOVIE'S and then NO MORE RIDING LESSONS FOR A MONTH!",so not only does she NOT BELIEVE her own young daughter that already said we weren't watching any movie's, she then tells her that there's nothing in the house while at the same time SHE's telling her that she needs to grow up and I need you to be responsible, I'll tell you who the irresponsible one is and it's NOT THE DAUGHTER, what kind of mother goes away for days at a time around the world and leaving her young daughter who's still at school ALL ALONE to fend for herself?🤡 Even if she thinks she is old enough to look after herself but she's not allowed to watch horror movies and now she's also endangering her safety even more by making her miss a whole month of horse riding lessons,this mother is an idiot and why doesn't she either arrange for her to stay at her friends house or get her an adult sitter or family member while she's travelling abroad with her job and if she can't then she should ask her bosses for a position that makes her be home for her most precious daughter who's all alone and frightened while you're away,if not then change jobs, your daughter is more important than ANY JOB that makes her have to be alone!!🤔

I know first hand about life after death. I believe I saw my mother . I would do daily things around the house. And in certain parts of the house I would see her standing there smiling. One day I got undressed to get a shower. I put my pants on the bed and threw my shirt on the floor. When I got out of the shower and came into the room ? My shirt was in the basket of dirty clothes. I saw her for a while after that. Then out of nowhere she was gone. I do have brothers and sisters. So maybe she was making her rounds. But when I asked them ? They didn't know if she was there. And they didn't believe me.But I know what I witnessed.

Bars are enough headaches, with the licensing and legal issues, but being a veteran chef, I'd highly recommend that anyone without experience in the restaurant business stays far, far, away. People that cook at home, or that have some impression from dining out, get some very wrong ideas what it's about; you can have the best ideas, food, and staff,- all of which are unlikely in 2023,- but still abjectly fail. It's not what you think, and it will end up costing twice of your highest projection, - and still be over before it begins.Everybody and their mother has a great idea and a plan, - until they get punched in the face.

Could we have one that hasn't aired 5 times since last year. Such a disappointment that we have seen all three recently, in some cases multiple times. These all have been single, double and now triple episodes, but the value isn't there when we have seen it over and over, and then the fact we likely watched them on our own as well. Travel and Escape Paranormal Survivor here I come. I won't do it because there are probably people who haven't seen them but if they have been watching a year or more they likely have. But I could give a complete rundown of all three before the first commercial break hits.

The keys keep disappearing then she feels like she's being watched while she's in the restaurant on her own. Hider in the house (restaurant in this case) and given there's alcohol stored there, probably an alcoholic hider. Of course, if the husband out-bid someone in buying the business, it could be them behind the whole thing, as revenge and/to get them to give up the place. That person could have a copy of the keys that went missing or have found a hidden entry to the building. It's an old building that was once 2 houses, leaving room for cavities and old doors simply walled over when the place was turned into the bar.
