I love the idea behind this series, I can't wait to see more! Even though I'm aroace and already know about/have spent a lot of time thinking about all these things, I always love to hear a-spec people talking about their experiences! Also Loveless is so good! It made me cry too lol

As a sex-repulsed, agender, aromantic ace this was super interesting because it just shows how big the asexual spectrum really is. Great talk!!

a video coming from you about asexuality? I'm already in love

This video is so gratifying to me. My slow unfolding of all of the aspects that feed into my relationship with gender and sexuality and attraction has been such a wild ride. Figuring out the asexuality first and slowly unpacking demiromanticism and then understanding my relationship with my lack of connection to gender filtered through my autism and so reconciling my attraction toward masculine features, but recognizing that isn't necessarily as gendered as you would think? There are so many layers to everything.

When she talked about the trap of feeling the way you live is the most fulfilling - that was so on point!!! Great video! 👏🏻👏🏻

I love that you introduced this video clarifying that this might be part of a set of convos with other queer people, especially because people on the ace/aro spectra are often pushed from that label. Or at least in my experience, our experiences aren't really considered when people want to talk about the variety of queer experiences. And I really appreciated hearing about Rhian's time pole dancing. I like making sexy jokes and shaking ass! Hahaha. It's a part of the culture and it's nice to be part of it I love being ace/aro, and I love hearing from other people who understand that. Thanks for sharing!!

Thank you so much for this video - I'm aroace myself, and seeing this pop up in my subs box made my heart skip a beat. So much of what Rhian said resonated with my own experiences, and that felt so damn good, bc it just doesn't happen too often!! You're both wonderful - thank you again!!

I think there's so much talk about what sex is for women that when a women doesn't want to have it everyone assumes that it's because they're not sex positive and are keeping sex from their partner and never the desire from the women is put into the conversation. It's so hurtful to ace people that we talk about empowered women and sex positive women like people that are very sexual, you can be a feminist and ace or demisexual or whatever!

This was such a wonderfully informative video!! Definitely gonna send this to a friend of mine :)) Thank you so much Gemma, I really look forward to future interviews like this! I think it’s a really wonderful idea. As I get older and my relationship with my queerness changes I also really find myself wanting More, like you said. I have different questions about queerness now that don’t have easy answers and I think these interviews will be such a good resource for people like me! Very excited to see more, keep up the great work!
