Bruh! You are spot on. I've been going to TJ for 15 years. I learned all the scams, and all the tricks of the waiters and the chicas, the hard way. I know them all. One things for certain is that old cliche' about taking the girl out of the bar, but not the bar out of the girl. There was a girl i was used to see (a Stunning girl) at ADELITAS on several occasions, but just for fun, NOT a relationship. Well one night i was in Adelitas and she was always there, no matter when I went, except for that night. I asked one of the girls she hung out with, usually, where she was? To my surprise her friend told me that she was "DEAD", had gotten shot in the head the night before by an angry guy that was dating her, a US guy. She said, that she was shot because she had told him that she had quit working in the bars but lied about it. He was from America and came to check on her and caught her in the act and he flipped out on her. He had been giving her money to stay afloat, i assume The police caught the guy, i was told, but it was too late, she had already passed away. Beautiful woman, she was. It's a shame that she lied to him and suffered the consequences for it. My experience says to NEVER try to date one of these girls, outside the bar, you will only get disappointed, lied to and possibly heartbroken and financially broke too in some cases. Once their in it for more than a few months, they are hooked on it, like he said. that EASY FAST MONEY, and that is all they care about and are used to. He's also right about them liking what they do. Most of them love it. I speak Spanish and have talked to 100's of girls over the years. Yah they give some sob story the first time as to why they "have to do it", but as you see them more often, they give you their true feelings about it, eventually. 99% of them told me, later on, that they really love it, or it slips out that they "enjoy" their work. It's fun to them. They get to fuck who they want and make money doing it as they party all night, every night. They are not meant to be wives at this stage of their lives and they accept that reality, because of the money. Hell a lot of them even have local husbands and boyfriends already that encourage them to work there because the money is so quick and easy to make. They could care less about emotions or morality, other than the money it provides. Go there, have a ball, be aware and be careful and look at it for what it is. A GOOD TIME for a few dollars and life long memories. Hopefully good ones.

Hey Luke, I do want to mention that some girls are ex alcoholics or simply don’t drink while working. Even though that 8-9$ drink you pay for her is actually a ticket she gets. She makes not only commission but it is a target for her to keep working at the club because that’s how the club makes money. No drinks means probably risking her job. At least this is true for HK
