That's why i don't understand why the Right Wingers don't want latinos moving here. From my experience and from what the data show, they work their asses off, have strong close-nit families with traditional values and actually follow all parts of Christ's teachings, not just the convenient parts like many WASP and white catholic Americans. Im moderate and I've been creeping further right, but i will never change my logical position on immigration. Moving here was the best thing any of my many ancestors did. They helped build NY state and US. A tiny tiny bit. You'd better believe they were grateful, even tho America was not as prosperous then. When you offer sanctuary to good people, they become patriotic at a whole other level. I'm ashamed that so many of my countrymen slander and humiliate immigrants and I'm proud that so many fight back against that and support immigrants.

Facts.....in America we tell the kids to leave the house at 18 and put our elderly in hospice care.... I'd rather my child take over and run what I leave behind and have the sleder members take care of the young ones at home,that way they both benefit from learning by the old folks and the old folks not feeling left out and a abandoned!!!!
