The VN government now requires all new estheticians to be trained and licensed. Before the pandemic ( roughly) it wasn't compulsory to train to become licensed. The older spas with estheticians experienced for a long time were granted licences. The government have been trying hard to " set standards". Thuy did train and got her quals before it was completely necessary, and is now qualified to teach others.
