Thuy was literally begging this client to extract more. However, he was in too much pain and therefore requested to end the session early. Thuy asked the client to at least let her deal with the inflamed ones. He could only handle a few more before quitting.

When you think about it, none of these skin conditions are really a problem with the skin... it's bloody HAIR that causes the problems on us! I know we're Primates, but it's about time our Human species evolved past needing a layer of body fuzz! We have clothing now and central heating! When you've seen literally tens of thousands of these types of videos, as I (and most of you no doubt) have seen, my mind ends up wandering...and starts pondering. And lately I've realised that it's body skin HAIR that is the culprit, rather than the skin itself. I know that still technically falls under dermatology, but it makes you realise that most people with acne or cyst types of ongoing issues, their skin is actually innocent. Ok, I know I'm just whimsically pondering rather than being scientifically factual, and it's totally irrational of me to want our species to evolve overnight, but seriously, body hair just pisses me off! If you've ever watched a Pilonidal Cyst Operation, (one of my favourite types of Sporn...{Spot Porn} 😁) you'll often see the surgeon yank a whole wig out of the person's arse cleft! I got thinking about these videos in particular, Thuy works in Sac Dep Spa which is in Vietnam, and I wondered why some of her clients are so young, yet have such a lot of facial hair? I think some viewers assume these are often grown men rather than kids. In fact even the girls have excessive hair on the face. I'm English, so this facial hair is not typical in teens here, although one of my nieces did suffer with swarthiness as a teen and still has VERY dark facial hair as a grown woman. She was also my only niece who had acne. Her sisters just got the occasional spot like any of us can now and then. But generally speaking, we don't see a LOT of teens who are affected as seriously like Thuy's clients are. So I Googled it, and it turns out, in Vietnam, and people of other countries in that more Southerly Asian region, are prone to developing "Hirsutism". (Excessive body/facial hair) Who knew? (And from Spain too, randomly???) I wonder why though? Answers on a postcard please!!! It makes sense for melanin in the skin to appear closer to the surface in people from hotter climates, and for it to lay dormant in the deeper skin layers, for those of us in colder areas. Obviously we all have melanin, and ours (white people) rises to the surface the more time we spend in the sun. That makes sense right? But why especially does this section of Asia....and Spain apparently...have more likelihood of excessive hair? I would think, if anyone was "more likely" to need extra hair, it would be people in cold parts of the world. At least that makes "logical" sense to my brain, so I'm confused about why this is not the case? Does anyone know? I'd love to be enlightened, it genuinely fascinates me! 😊 So back to these poor kids, just look how much hair they have, right up to their upper cheeks, all over the forehead, and even their little noses! Every pop that comes out contains a gnarly hair inside or pulls one to the surface. My Dad has hair like that on his nose but he's almost 91! He grew those, (along with ear tufts) as he got older. And I tell him he's very mean cos he won't let me pluck them off his nose! 😩 The struggle is real. Anyone else have this incessant NEED to gouge things like that out of people's skin??? I'd do Thuy's job for free! Hahaha the desire to get my tweezers on my Dad's Hooter is overwhelming! 🤣 Ok, pondering over for now. Genuinely interested if anyone can answer why excess body/facial hair is more prone in those two - unrelated and totally separated - parts of the world. My brains needs answers or it will bug me until I know why and it makes sense. There HAS to be a reason right? Whatever it is, it helps explain why this Spa, is one of THOUSANDS doing the same, across this chunk of the globe, and why there's a never ending queue of kids with almost identical acne one after another in these videos. That's not a very fair hand to be dealt with in life! 😟

I don't understand why you squeeze the large inflamed ones that obviously have a lot of purulence with your fingers so far apart from the hole? When you do that your only pushing it capillary blood. A more focused squeeze would be more efficient.

Sometimes it’s a pain factor. Sometimes it’s because she is trying to find the hidden acne, not the obvious blackheads. The hidden acne, called closed comedones, can be the most dangerous as they have no opening and can fester to infection. Hope that helps.
