She seems to be moving quickly to account for his pain level. Usually the smaller ones are needing to be cleaned out so they don’t become the inflammatory, larger cystic acne pustules. So chances are, he may be going to a dermatologist for injections for the larger ones or she saves them for another session.

Poor guy, you could tell he was having a hard time with the pain. I really feel for these people that has bad skin. The piercing and squeezing if the skin has to be really painful. I hope his skin is cleared up soon.

Pain tolerance. The client is young. Moving around as she is doing lessens the pain in one area. As well, she is probably getting rid of clusters or searching for clusters. ✌️

Great pops. As usual Thuy does a first class job. She's definitely number one or two on the list of best techs in the industry! Felt a tad bit sorry for the kid. I don’t know that they could fix that (easily) given that it’s usually filmed in “autofocus” mode. That’s what makes the focus go in & out between pops. Taking the camera off autofocus might not yield better results unless the person filming (her husband, usually) has adequate knowledge about digital camera settings and techniques. (Or he may very well have the knowledge but it’s just a hassle given how many videos they film/edit/upload to multiple social media platforms. Just a guess though.🤷‍♀️) Probably the biggest contributor to the focus issue is just how *super closely* zoomed in the film. When you’re filming that close-up it can limit your options. My personal preference would be that they don’t film *quite* so closely zoomed. Just back up a tad and let me/the viewer decide how closely I want to zoom in. Now that You Tube allows/has the technology for viewers to zoom in nearly as much as we like on any video, I’d love to see more of Sac Dep’s videos be filmed zoomed OUT a bit more. That way I can kind of see the “whole picture” if you will and zoom in to whatever level I want, when I want to. But I’d also “prefer” to have a winning lotto ticket, so… 🤷‍♀️😂🤣

Great video - though right from the start his nasal breathing was incredibly distracting , esp when it got deeper and louder when a squeeze “ hurt”. Always amazes me that a little squeeze causes such a reaction. He needs a strong anxiety pill if he ever does this again!
