I don’t understand why there are complaints so often about not emptying the pores. We only get to watch a portion of the treatment, since creators want to keep the viewer’s attention for the whole duration and some find the rechecking and clean up boring or too bloody, so it’s smart to show what helps bring in viewers and money. We don’t see enough to get upset on behalf of others, except for how painful the extractions must be. I appreciate the videos provided and the incredible clients who allow us to watch.

For one thing, they need to quit holding SE Asia to US standards. This is a different culture and doesn't always follow Western medicine.

Not only do we only see a portion of the treatment(s), there are reasons to not just squeeze the living daylights out of every pore! When someone has large areas of inflammation, the goal is to reduce the inflammation by getting enough cleared so that the tissues underneath can start to heal. After the flesh underneath has had a chance to start the healing process, and the inflammation and swelling has started to recede, THEN those deeper blocks can be cleared without nearly as much problem, because the swelling isn’t trapping the contents. That just doesn’t happen during a single session! If you go in with a goal of using force to clear every pore, you will be damaging the skin and tissue underneath. That’s why starting with the smaller clogs, and not being aggressive until later sessions is Thuy’s standard. She knows what she’s doing!

I actually didn't like this one. You could've done better. TOO much left behind in the pores AND where they were grouped together, you could've cut 2 or 3 and push only once. Especially with his pain level.

I always refer to those many, many, many bumps that haven't surfaced yet on client's faces as "Hung bumps". Especially those on the jaws, under the jaws and on the necks. Those that know this channel well will know why I call them that.

@@jettsoma Thuy, the spa owner doing this has worked on these types of pimples for years. There is even a well know playlist on this channel call 'Hung' who had literally 1000s of these over a 6 -7 week period of 6 spa visits. Back then the videos were allowed to be over an hour+ long.. They surfaced out of Hung skin as hair shaft acne, not cysts with sacks. That is why this video's comment section has references to Hung all through out it! You should go see Hung's first video on that playlist if you haven't seen it yet. Unless you are talking about hair shaft sacs??. I never heard of those. These are pimples that come out as white heads.

@@bonniebrock5109 I've been watching Thuy on KZbin and Facebook since she first started on social media. I'm very aware of the Hung series, as I have watched it numerous times. These are very similar to Hung's lesions. I will safely call them cystic lesions, literally meaning they are cyst like.

@@bonniebrock5109 The Hung series is 20+ episodes. I've seen it over and over.😊 I agree that these lesions are the same. To be safe, I will call these cystic lesions. Cystic literally means "cyst like". Dr. Lim called them submarine comedoes, and also microcysts. He has a KZbin channel, too. I've been watching Thuy on KZbin and Facebook since she started posting on social media. She would probably just call it acne. 😊 Isn't she great? Have you seen pics of her adorable baby yet? 🥰

I thought chloracne was a more acute reaction to defoliants such as Agent Orange, which was last used 50 years ago? I get that chemicals get into the environment, and AO was used extensively in some areas of SE Asia. Not sure of the actual science.

So many in that area because of so many hair follicles on his neck. That all builds up on individual hair follicles. Depending on which growth stage the hair is in determines if the hair is released or it may remain. You can actually see the hair removed in some & stay in the follicle in others. You can actually tell which growth stage the hair is in by the root ( bulb) on the end of it! Fascinating stuff!!😃

If you've ever wondered why so many people are fascinated to watch these types of videos, I have a theory: basic primate behaviour. If you watch daily activity in a troop of monkeys or a tribe of chimpanzees, they spend much of their day grooming each other. It's to remove pimples like these as well as parasites. It creates a social bond. I think we've genetically inherited this curiosity and concern for fellow primates.

Just a tip for men shaving as well as women disposable razors must be kept clean and dry in between use to prevent bacterial growth. You can also spray razor with antibacterial wash before use to help with razor bumps

She is a licensed aesthetician who is more than capable of handling all acne/skin issues. Also, if you didn't notice it's not the prick that hurts him but the squeeze.. So if she didn't prick him first she would have to squeeze harder which would make it much more painful for the client. It's about the client and not what you want to see done...

No. His skin is hyperpigmented from the acne. The nicks you see are from the extractions, but this is very magnified. They will heal in a day or so..He'll be fine and his skin will improve fairly quickly.
