It takes a lot to endure this, whether it is facial or back acne. I am passionate about dermathology ( not in the profession, just pure interest) and I think I read that "bacne" can be pretty hard to clear bc the back is typically an area not exposed to fresh air, and, prone to perspiration. That's why his postules look flat, infected but dried up in parts, yet with pockets of fluids. This gentleman has a long way of treatment, and a hormonal imbalance to be fixed, for sure. Great video!

@@zukosmom3780 when you pop pimples the skin is inflamed and capillaries are damaged because of the infection and aforementioned inflammation. The damaged capillaries are what makes pimples and infected cysts bleed like no tomorrow and take forever to clot. You want to remove the cyst sac, the black head, or just the general pus and solid matter from a skin infection?? Guess what!! It's gonna bleed! And widening the hole so less pressure is needed and the big chunks can come out is the best way to handle it. Less pain for the client (by that I mean less and gentler squeezing, of course it's still going to hurt), and it's actually BETTER to make a slightly larger incision than to cause further bruising and potentially cause the infection to pop the wrong way into the body, potentially causing sepsis. That actually happened to one of my exes and he lost a leg and had a heart attack when the infection spread to his heart. He very nearly lost his life.

So satisfying to see all the little empty holes. Just squeeze. Don’t stick unless you have to. Feel so bad for this man. 😢. Looks very painful. My Dad used to get big ones on his back. Nothing like this tho. 😢 -Why are your videos so short?

I wish this young man could get some Accutane medication to dry up his acne, but I'm glad Thuy is being gentle and encouraging while treating his skin.
@Givulinovich3 жыл бұрын
Not everyone has access to medical care there. I’m not sure what’s available over the counter there. But the average income there doesn’t allow a lot of luxuries. Accutane, while being a great medicine, isn’t all that affordable when money is tight.
@Just1Nora3 жыл бұрын
@@Givulinovich I know. I'm not saying it is available or affordable to him. I'm saying I wish the circumstances were that it were available to him in a perfect world, but I'm glad that she is being so kind and gentle in treating his painful acne. The nerves on the back can cause a lot of pain when inflamed. The ones across the trapezius muscle along the top of the shoulder can be very painful to squeeze and pinch. I can empathize with the pain he must be in.

Poor man must be in so much pain , you can tell she’s trying to be gentle but same time make sure she gets it all out for him . I hope 🤞 this treatment works for him , I know she’s just a spa not a dermatologist but she’s doing her best given that in she’s given them a service at an affordable price because over there to see a dermatologist is so expensive. Doing her best and helping so many people at same time .

This is painful just to watch 😬 poor person. You can tell Thuy is trying to be ever so careful and gentle and at the same time purposeful and focused. I feel so utterly sad for how horrendous this condition is to people. They are so brave to get this, obviously painful procedure done again and again and again... I don’t know about you but I don’t know if I would keep coming back! I hope someone comes up with a better way to help these poor people. It’s a laborious, depressive and crippling condition that doesn’t just attack someone skin....it goes much deeper. Which is just heartbreaking. I know THUY will have this person looking well in no time so until then all the love, light and strength to you all waaay over there...from waaaay over here! Thanks for sharing !

The Vietnamese government is trying to build a universal coverage system. That will change the situation for a lot of the more severe cases her clients have had. BTW, this isn’t acne, but chloracne, a result of exposure to Agent Orange. The stuff is still active in the soil there. If you know a Vietnam vet, they’ll cuss long and hard about what our government did to them by spraying that poison in the 60s & 70s.

@@Givulinovich My husband suffered with cystic acne on his back just like this; having looked up chloracne - this case doesn’t look like any photos on the internet. It’s cystic acne.
@Givulinovich3 жыл бұрын
@@emmawillmottpiano I’m sorry that your husband experienced cystic acne. Acne & Chloracne often look identical. The name "chloracne" is misleading, because it is not related to acne. A more correct terminology is “MADISH”-Metabolising Acquired Dioxin Induced Skin Hamartomas. Rather than overactive sebaceous glands, as occurs in acne, the glands concentrate the responsible chemical and metabolise it extremely slowly. Plain English, zits are zits. But what causes them can vary. Yeah, the pictures of the cases found online are horrendous, but those are pictures of what it becomes if not treated. When US vets started having it, it went untreated for a hell of a long time.
@emmawillmottpiano3 жыл бұрын
I totally understand your point, my point is that you have no proof that this anything other than normal hormone-induced acne. You are assuming that every single case of teenage acne in Vietnam is the fault of the USA 50 years ago. Seriously?? Your opinion is a tad obtuse.
