From there, we'll make our way to Riva del Garda, strolling along scenic paths that offer breathtaking panoramas of the lake. One of the highlights of our walk will be the Sentiero del Ponale, a historic and panoramic trail that begins in Riva del Garda. This trail is famous for its spectacular views of Lake Garda, winding above the lake and providing a unique perspective of the surrounding area​​​​.
As we reach the historic center of Riva del Garda, you'll be enchanted by its medieval architecture, charming squares, and bustling markets. This town offers a delightful mix of cultural heritage and natural beauty, making it a must-visit destination on Lake Garda.
Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy, spans approximately 370 square kilometers. It measures about 50 kilometers in length and 20 kilometers in width, with a maximum depth of around 346 meters. Known for its crystal-clear waters and scenic backdrop of mountains and rolling hills, Lake Garda has long been a favorite destination for outdoor enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

About 40 year's ago, we drove all around lake Garda and it took 12 hours, we started in Dezensano and by midday we arrived in Riva, the most northern part of the lake. Everything looks very different other than the lake and the mountains. It was much more natural and not as many tourists.

What a walk! From Torbole to Riva and up the ruins of the hill.. and back to Riva.. almost three hours and I let it run wholly! Nice film! 🤩Been at Garda a couple of times and good memories can be relived by seeing familiar places. 😍Thank You for doing this one! 👍😊
