Relax with me - Discovering Vintage Original 1960s Sindy Clothes

Hi everyone, I'm in my element with this one! How many boxes can I tick with one video? Miniatures, 1960s, clothes, modern history...this is everything I love! I hope that you find this relaxing, interesting and/or fascinating as an insight into a huge industry that really wasn't that long ago - the fashion industry for dolls. I wish I'd not lost little bits and pieces when I inherited this collection, but as I say in the video, we were kids and we loved every moment of playing with it all. "ahhh ...can't cope" 😂 so sweet to see you geek over these ❣️ But I totally get it because I love minis too....but mini minis 😂 Also, I owned a Skipper doll because we were too poor to afford an actual Barbie till later growing up. The shoes were always the stuff to lose first.

Love this! Also wishing I kept all of my toys! Especially my Cindy stables, had 2 beautiful toy horses think they were called chestnut and grey dapple or something and i would honestly love to. Have them now!

This made me so nostalgic for those days when I got my first Barbie. They had just come out with the "bubblecut" Barbie and I got one with "titian" hair. How I wish I still had some of her old clothes, but she and her wardrobe got handed down to two younger sisters. I'm not sure what happened to her! Wonderful memories!

Very fun! I think I have just one sort of toy from when I was a kid. It's very obscure too so I doubt it has much reverance or value to anyone but me. xD

They will be worth some money. I've got a sindy doll with some clothing not alot, I wouldn't part with them. But I did have a horse and carriage plus the yellow beach buggy, but that's long gone unfortunately 😊

Lovely video and items but the set with the grey overcoat is called Happy Traveller not Weekender. And the red white blue striped top with the jeans is the Weekender outfit from the 60s
