In my music I used 432 Hz which is based in nature and therefore it generates healthy effect and brings natural harmony and balance. The pure energy of 432 Hz removes mental block and opens a way to a more fulfilling life.

I have such a hard time falling asleep during the dark days of winter here in New Hampshire. This has helped me relax, and clear my mind prior to sleeping. This one in particular has elements that sound so familiar to me, and i just can't remember the lyrics. Where would a person go to purchase a hand drum?
