I work with people with different sorts of dementia. The reason I comment is to thank you for uploading this. Currently I take care of a man with bad Alzheimer's, who suffers from deep anxiety and depression. He gets very worried easily and tonight I put him to bed as usual. Usually he gets up as soon as I leave his bedside, but this evening I started this track and sat down on a chair next to his bed. It took him about 2 minutes to fall asleep, and right now he's in really deep sleep and I'm sat here listening to this beautiful music and the man's deep, relaxing breathing. I thank you for this moment.

I'm depressed, have anxiety, and am just a mess in general. I checked myself into the hospital for suicidal thoughts and wanting to. I'm out now and it's weird. I felt at home with others who are struggling. I got a tattoo that says "my story isn't over yet" to help remind myself that I'm not done, to not give up. Whoever reads this, hang in there. I work at a nursing home in memory care and I put this on for me and my residents to listen to and it calms the down and puts them at peace. Harp music is so peaceful, relaxing, and mind easing. I also put this on for my kids at night and they go to sleep to it.

I have been battling depression for the past 5 to 7 years. Dealing with chronic pain, death of my brother due to cancer and lately the passing of my dad. I have been on a quest to find relief other than being medicated. I saw a documentary where they were talking about sound frequency and colors for healing. Harp music was named as combating depression along with the color yellow or fushia pinks. It's worth a shot. 😊❤

Girl I feel ya I will keep it real you been depressed for 5 to 7 years keep adding it up to your days are numbered its hurts I been depressed for over 40 years n counting my brother passed away too from heart failure being at the hospital at his bedside giving him a kiss on the forehead n telling him I Love him. I'm going to visit him at the cemetery this week. I don't go out with friends I would rather be alone and people call me a loner. Harp music is good yeah it calms my soul n at the end it's all Jesus all day every day for I repent of my sins for one day I will be in heaven to see my brother again so I hope u put your faith in the lord too so u can see ur brother again one day. Life is short Life is hard I always said this n it might be painful n sad to hear this but it is how I feel n some people never understood this that I have no kids n I don't want no kids. why so they can grow up with difficultly depressed pain sadness nah its not going to happen. my bro has kids I do my best every day for them I love them with all my heart n soul. but for me no kids of my own after me it will be nobody after me as far as my tree. I just keep the faith it's all we got so keep faith girl.

And he desires to heal you of this spirit that dont belong to you! Call on Jesus to heal you from the pit of yur belly. Tell Him how exhausted youve become. My grandad passed away and that was hard for me because I was 4-5 at the time and he had tought me how to walk. I sometimes think of how he is in heaven and wether He’s looking over me and if he’s proud, when I have these moments when I think this I put this music on and calm down just before I go to high school. I receive some unexpected news a Mother never wants to hear and I couldn’t sleep. I was reading in the book of Psalms and came across this verse: “Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are done in truth.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭33:2-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬ So I start searching harp music and found this video, the next day when I woke up, all of what I was holding and questioning my self about was gone. That burden had been lifted off of me and I was at peace. This music is so peaceful and relaxing and I absolutely love it. Thanks!

3 years ago in December of 2018 My boyfriend at the time told me to play this music as he did for his Grandpa as he passed. We are no longer together anymore but I am forever grateful that he suggested this because I did play this for my Grandma during her final moments here on this earth. Sometimes it is nice to just go back and play this music to continue to grieve from time to time. She was ready to go up to Heaven on December 25th, 2018❤️ Not a day that goes by where I don’t think of her. Just happy thoughts and knowing when it is my time I will be up in Heaven where she is waiting for me and going to welcome me with open arms🥰

I have been down in the dumps for quite some time now. I watched themotivationaldoc video today on how to not be depressed or unhappy. He gave a lot of Great Tips as he usually does. One of his tips was to google meditation music. I did that and it led me to youtube. I then saved quite a few videos to my play list. Some I listed under Zen Music, the others I listed under Spa Music. I checked out a couple for a few minutes each before I made it to this one. I don't think I need any other music. I listened to this for an entire hour as I was using my leg compressions. I started smiling, and my heart felt filled with joy and peace once again. I'm so in love with this beautiful harp music, just as I see everyone else in the comments section is too. Perfect Peace, Love, Joy, Strength, and Health to all who reads this!!!
