Meet Stephanie! A highly knowledgeable and experienced Sleep Physiologist from here in England. Most importantly though, my friend and very long time ASMR viewer. I can sit and listen to Stephanie pass on her knowledge for hours. She has researched and experienced so much in her life already and I have learned a lot about sleep from her. I wanted to make this video to share her knowledge with you and know that many of you would benefit from her services. She also recommends the use of ASMR videos to her clients as part of their tailored therapy which of course I am immensely proud of. Please see the description of this video for her social media and website! This is an 'ASMRized' generalised version of some of what happens in her sessions just for this video. I hope you enjoy it! We had a lot of fun in Exeter making this for you. Uploaded with love as always XX The sweetest of dreams from me to you XX Emma 💜

This is kind of random, but I’m from America and I love hearing the differences in speech between here and the UK. For example, we don’t say “whilst,” we say “while.” We also tend not to use the word “lovely,” although I love that word, and we do use the phrase “a bit,” like when Stephanie said “I’ll look through a bit,” but I feel like people in the UK use it more. Just some interesting things I’ve noticed watching Emma (as well as lots of BBC, haha)

This video is so informative and helpful, I found it so interesting learning all of these tips and facts about sleep! I've been struggling to find a way to stop yawning all day, every day - it's so frustrating, and sometimes I can't even concentrate on anything; I couldn't answer the questions on a maths test recently, and it was quite embarrassing! But my brain was just too exhausted to work on anything. I once walked into the wrong classroom because my brain was too tired to realise! So thank you for uploading this, it was very good and I hope it might help me to become more focused and awake at school. Although asmr has helped me since I found out about it too, so thank you again for that as well! Love and best wishes ×××

This is so interesting! I never knew there was a science for sleep! I loved listening to the rules and what they do and why they're useful... It's also freeing knowing that we SHOULDN'T time track our sleep which is what I do and so many people I know do. Can't get over how useful and interesting this video was, thank you so much Emma!! 😍

Eliza Stancombe I can’t help but time track.. it seems to be a competition between me and my husband 😂 but I’ve noticed I can have an amazing night on as little as 6 hours. Quality not quantity is so true!

Katie Louise my other half always does it and I feel myself getting sucked into it to. I agree, sometimes I feel better when I've had less sleep but it probably means I've had a more uninterrupted sleep! I'm also a serial napper too 🙈
